Residential Production Framer – Jefferson County, MO
Pay Range: $25–$35 per hour (based on experience)
Are you ready to build a career in construction with steady work, supportive crews, and opportunities to grow? Our client is a non-union residential framing contractor based in Jefferson County, Missouri, seeking Framers to join our 4–5 person crews.
You’ll work on new single-family homes and residential projects, building the structural framework that brings each home to life. We provide hands-on training and career paths for motivated individuals who want to develop into Lead/Foreman roles.
What You’ll Do
- Measure, cut, and assemble wood framing for floors, walls, and roofs
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist in setting trusses, sheathing, and exterior framing
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
- Work as part of a close-knit crew under the direction of a Foreman
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in framing or carpentry preferred, but willing to train motivated candidates
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all seasons
- Reliable transportation to jobsites in Jefferson County and nearby areas
- Positive attitude and team-oriented work ethic
