Adecco is recruiting for a client in the Miami Lakes area searching for a detail-oriented and experienced Manufacturing Electronic Technician to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic assemblies and components, with a strong emphasis on precision soldering of through-hole and surface mount components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble electronic circuits and systems according to engineering drawings, schematics, and manufacturing procedures

  • Perform soldering of electronic components, including surface mount (SMT) and through-hole technology, to IPC standards

  • Inspect solder joints and completed assemblies for quality and reliability

  • Operate test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and function generators to verify performance of electronic assemblies

  • Troubleshoot and repair electronic circuits down to the component level

  • Maintain detailed records of test results, repairs, and modifications

  • Collaborate with engineers and quality control personnel to resolve design or manufacturing issues

  • Follow all ESD, safety, and cleanroom protocols as required

  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts and support lean manufacturing initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or certification in Electronics Technology or related field (or equivalent work experience)

  • 2+ years of experience in an electronics manufacturing environment

  • Proficient soldering skills, including SMT and through-hole components

  • IPC J-STD-001 or IPC-A-610 certification preferred

  • Strong understanding of electronic components and circuits

  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, assembly drawings, and technical manuals

  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Working Conditions:

  • Manufacturing floor and electronics lab environment

  • Regular use of hand tools, soldering iron, and testing instruments

  • May require sitting or standing for extended periods

  • Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to ESD protocols



Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
