Schedule & Compensation:
- Full-time day shift, with occasional evening group coverage.
- Flexible hours: 32 or 40 hours per week.
- Hourly pay: $22.13 – $30.46 (based on experience).

What We’re Looking For:
- Current Ohio licensure as an LSW or LPC.
- Licensed by the Chemical Dependency Professionals Board (LCDC II, III, or LICDC—higher than CDCA).
- Passion for helping individuals overcome substance abuse and rebuild their lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide therapeutic counseling using a bio-psychosocial approach.
- Educate patients and families about the disease process of chemical dependency.
- Lead group discussions and one-on-one sessions while coordinating activities with Mental Health Technicians.
- Assess patient needs and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
- Complete billing charges/sheets daily.
- Provide crisis intervention for individuals and families.
- Act as a client advocate, mediator, and facilitator to ensure comprehensive care.
