Our facility serves as the central hub of the Michigan Stroke Network, one of the largest Telemedicine Networks in the area, providing Telemedicine services to over 15 hospitals.

Position Highlights

  • Employment Type: Full-Time (1.0 FTE)
    • Outpatient focus only; no inpatient rounding required
  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
  • Work Location: Pontiac and Oakland, Michigan
  • Specialization: Neurology

Qualifications

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
  • Active Michigan medical license (or eligibility to obtain one)
  • DEA license
  • BLS certification (must be maintained) / ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained)

  • Delivering direct patient care
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Engaging in teaching and mentoring activities
  • Documenting patient information in Epic EMR
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives
  • Supporting community health initiatives
