About the Role:

As a Metal Finisher, you’ll play a key role in shaping and refining metal components through grinding, polishing, and stud welding—ensuring every piece meets our high standards.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate sheet metal finishing and stud welding machines with precision
- Grind and polish welds to create smooth, professional finishes
- Apply chemical treatments to prevent rust and extend product life
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
What You Bring:
- Hands-on experience in metal grinding, polishing, and finishing
- Familiarity with stainless and mild steel materials
- Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
- Mechanical aptitude and a strong eye for detail
- Comfortable with physical tasks and lifting up to 50 lbs
Bonus Skills:
- Stud welding experience
- Prior work in a manufacturing or metal fabrication setting

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of PLYMOUTH, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50/hr.
