Join Latuli, Memorial's newest Coastal restaurant, as a Bartender and become a key player on our vibrant Houston, TX team! Were looking for passionate individuals who love crafting unique cocktails and providing exceptional service in a lively atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
- Engage with customers to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Monitor customer behavior and provide responsible service.
- Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on drink trends and menu changes.
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately.
Requirements:
- Prior bartending experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
- Must possess a valid bartending license or certification.
- Strong knowledge of mixology and beverage trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
- Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
