Associate Manufacturing Specialist (Seasonal)
This is a seasonal position supporting our manufacturing team and will work approximately 30 hours per week over a 10–12-week period in the summer. This position will report to the Associate Director, Operations.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
· Performs cleaning, assembling, sealing, labeling, and final packaging of the company’s products.
· Performs other manufacturing tasks including counting, documenting, data entry, inspecting
· Other activities assigned by management.

· Ability to follow detailed instructions, interpret work instructions, SOPs, and technical drawings
· Good judgment in identifying issues, recommending improvements, and escalating when necessary

· Effective verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Education and Experience
· Entry level position; 1+ years of experience preferred
· High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; or working towards completion in the next 12 months

Work Environment
This job operates onsite, in a warehouse, shipping & receiving, and lab area.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus. The employee will be required to perform duties at a computer workstation on a computer and phone. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds to prepare specimens and surgical set for events.
