Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and assist customers with scheduling service appointments.
  • Provide a positive, professional first impression for all customers.
  • Gather accurate customer and job information to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Communicate service expectations, timelines, and next steps clearly to customers.
  • Schedule all service calls for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC customers.
  • Update and maintain customer records in the system.
  • Assist with administrative tasks to support the service and operations teams.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, call center, or administrative support roles.
  • Experience in a service-based or trades environment is a plus.
  • ServiceTitan experience is a plus!
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong phone etiquette and customer communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
