Job DescriptionNOW HIRING for a Data Entry & Eligibility Specialist!
Pay: $20.80/hr.
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMWe are seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong data entry and Excel skills to support eligibility and benefits administration in a confidential, fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process a variety of PEBTF forms and supporting documentation
- Research, develop, and correct missing or inaccurate information
- Reconcile eligibility reports to ensure data accuracy
- Communicate with Commonwealth Personnel offices, SERS retirement counselors, PEBTF vendors, and members as needed
- Accurately enter member and plan data while meeting quality standards
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word
- Ability to navigate internet-based systems with ease
- Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage reference materials and follow established procedures
