Job DescriptionOur manufacturing client in the Irwin, PA area is seeking a HR Coordinator to help with Recruiting and Talent Acquisition.
-Coordinate full-cycle recruiting activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication to ensure a positive hiring experience
-Partner with hiring managers to support workforce planning and meet staffing needs for production and office roles
-Manage ATS updates, candidate records, offer processes, background checks, and recruiting metrics to support effective hiring decisions
-Support onboarding and offboarding processes while maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
-Serve as a resource for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures, and assist with HR programs such as training and performance management
-Assist with new hire setup, including workstations and communication systems, to ensure a smooth transition into the organization
-Coordinate company events, customer visits, travel arrangements, and catering to support a positive workplace culture and professional operations
-Provide general administrative and facility support, including office coordination, vendor management, communication tools, mail distribution, and reporting metrics
-Bachelor"s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
-1-3 years of experience in HR coordination, recruiting, or administrative support, ideally within a manufacturing environment
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
-Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/ATS systems
