Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and customer service support for website issues, including login/password, account balances, and navigation questions
- Handle and route incoming calls in a high-volume contact center
- Follow processes while maintaining a client-focused approach
- Assist with documentation, reporting, and post-training responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Strong soft skills and customer service mindset
- Basic technical aptitude; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Teams)
- Ability to follow written procedures and maintain accuracy
- Call center or IT help desk experience helpful but not required
- Open to entry-level candidates
Schedule:
- Typical shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday–Friday)
- Occasional evenings/weekends during peak seasons
Training:
- 15 weeks onsite, classroom and hands-on learning, including AI simulations and role-playing
