We’re hiring a Logistics Coordinator for an established importer and distributor. You’ll manage daily logistics operations — processing orders, coordinating shipments, and keeping customers and warehouse teams informed every step of the way. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manual processing environment, this one’s worth a look.


  • Communicate with retailer routing teams to provide quotes and coordinate shipments to distribution centers.
  • Manually create and process purchase orders (POs) and bills of lading (BOLs).
  • Assign freight classes and coordinate with carriers, freight companies, and brokers.
  • Enter and manage product information, purchase orders, and invoices accurately.
  • Monitor order status and ensure shipments are processed and dispatched on time.
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff and provide customers with order updates.
  • Process sales representative orders through direct communication with retailers and support teams. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Minimum 1 year of logistics experience required.
  • Minimum 1 year of clerical experience in a warehouse or distribution setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Google Sheets, and EDI portals.
  • Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable, organized, and team-oriented.


Starting pay $26.00/hour with growth opportunities within the first year. Monday – Friday schedule, no weekends.
