Epic Personnel Partners is hiring a Payroll Specialist in Bloomfield, CT.

Pay Rate: $18.00-$19.00/hr
Schedule: 8:00AM-5:00PM

Duties: The Payroll Specialist is responsible for processing payroll, tracking attendance, auditing invoices, and providing payroll support in a dynamic distribution center environment.

Responsibilities:

• Track and review daily staff attendance.
• Process weekly payroll and ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and submit payroll reports to management.
• Audit labor invoices and payroll requests.
• Handle employee payroll inquiries.
• Support other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of payroll experience preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of distribution center operations is a plus.
