Responsibilities include:
- Conducting psychological assessments and evaluations to identify students learning needs and behavioral challenges
- Collaborating with educators, families, and support staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies
- Providing counseling and crisis intervention as needed to support student mental health
- Utilizing data-driven approaches to monitor progress and adjust interventions
- Serving as a resource on mental health and behavioral management within the school community
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in School Psychology or related field
- Valid state-issued School Psychologist License
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations
- Willingness to engage in continuing education and professional development
