Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A dynamic opportunity exists for a licensed School Psychologist to support student well-being and academic success within an educational setting located in Washington Navy Yard, DC. Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting psychological assessments and evaluations to identify students learning needs and behavioral challenges
  • Collaborating with educators, families, and support staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies
  • Providing counseling and crisis intervention as needed to support student mental health
  • Utilizing data-driven approaches to monitor progress and adjust interventions
  • Serving as a resource on mental health and behavioral management within the school community

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in School Psychology or related field
  • Valid state-issued School Psychologist License
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations
  • Willingness to engage in continuing education and professional development
