In your role as a Dental Hygienist, you will be acknowledged as a premier clinical provider and patient advocate. Minimum Qualifications
- Current dental hygienist license in Wisconsin and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required).
- Strong understanding of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
- CPR Certification.
Preferred Experience
- Open to both new graduates and experienced hygienists.
- Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
- Willingness to continue learning and enhancing clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventive care and overall dental health maintenance.
- Clinical requirements as needed by the office.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform essential duties as required by the office/doctor with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
- Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
- Must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 45 pounds occasionally.
- Availability to participate in virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year.
- As part of our commitment to a safe and healthy environment for team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is mandatory for all new hires in dental office roles. This standard requirement must be completed before starting employment, and arrangements will be made during the pre-employment process, with necessary guidance provided. This requirement does not apply in Florida and Tennessee.
