Immediate Openings for Production Workers in Cedar Rapids, IA
1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts available
Pay from $15.50-$17.00 hour based on shift
Also potential for OT and DT!

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Operate automated machinery and conveyor belts in the production process</li>
<li>Package products accurately and efficiently</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members in medium to large production teams</li>
<li>Maintain quality standards throughout the packaging process</li>
<li>Follow safety protocols and guidelines in the manufacturing environment</li>
</ul>

Preferred Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Entry-level experience in production work</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Knowledge of quality assurance practices</li>
<li>Strong teamwork skills</li>
<li>Attention to detail</li>
