Salary Range: $48,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine calibration, verification, and adjustment of manufacturing equipment and instrumentation.
- Maintain accurate and detailed calibration records, documentation, and databases.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair malfunctioning instruments and calibration failures.
- Develop, review, and update calibration procedures and work instructions.
- Ensure all calibration activities comply with internal quality standards and external regulations (e.g., ISO, GMP).
- Manage and maintain the inventory of calibration standards and reference equipment.
- Schedule and coordinate both internal and external calibration services.
Recommended Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a technical field (e.g., electronics, metrology, instrumentation) or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in using and calibrating various test and measurement equipment.
- Strong understanding of calibration principles, measurement uncertainty, and traceability.
- Familiarity with quality standards relevant to calibration (e.g., ISO 17025, ANSI/NCSL Z540.3).
- Excellent documentation skills for accurate record-keeping and certificate generation.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with automated calibration software (e.g., LabVIEW, MET/CAL) or scripting for test procedures.
- ASQ Certified Calibration Technician (CCT) or similar professional certification.
- Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) or data analysis for measurement systems.
- Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., medical device, aerospace, pharmaceutical).
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
