Position Overview
The Administrative Support professional will provide administrative support to the marketing team while gaining hands-on experience in a creative agency environment. This role is heavily focused on scheduling, inbox management, reception, filing, and general office support.The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to marketing initiatives while supporting day-to-day office operations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Of The Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to the marketing department.
- Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks, including email inbox management, supply ordering, data entry, and filing.
- Edit content for social media, email, and web platforms.
- Support event promotion and community outreach activities.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
- Maintain marketing databases and track engagement metrics.
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure all communications align with organizational values.
Required Experience/Skills For The Administrative Support
- Internship or entry-level experience in marketing, public relations, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field (graduating between 2024 and 2026).
