Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients
- Assess patient conditions and implement appropriate nursing interventions
- Coordinate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Document patient care records accurately and timely
- Adhere to established healthcare protocols and safety standards
Qualifications:
- Current RN license with experience in medical-surgical nursing required
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Availability to work every other weekend and Easter
Schedule:
- 36 or 48 hour contract options available
- Every other weekend required
- Easter shift required
