A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to serve K-12 students within a dynamic school district in the Las Vegas area. This contract assignment runs from January 15, 2026, through May 22, 2026, offering an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student communication development.
Located in North Las Vegas, NV, this role requires on-site presence with no remote or hybrid options. The caseload, age group, and specific school assignments will vary depending on the placement, providing diverse experiences across the district.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students in grades K-12.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
- Maintain detailed documentation and comply with district and state regulations.
- Participate in meetings and professional development opportunities as required.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology completed.
- Eligible candidates with a Clinical Fellowship (SLP-CF) are considered; preference given to those holding Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- Active Nevada Department of Education certification.
- Active Nevada Speech-Language Pathologist license.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work full-time onsite from the start date.
