Job DescriptionWe’re filling several Finance Collections Specialist positions in the NEW KENSINGTON area. Prior experience in financial collections a must for this hybrid remote position. $18 / hour to start with weekly pay! Finance Collections Specialist roleincludes:

  • Enhances the collection process by noting and processing credit card payments, sending final notices to delinquent accounts, prepare / send invoice and statement copies upon request, send out responses to credit reference inquiries and answering basic account inquiries.
  • Maintains accurate customer records by updating new, closed, and collection accounts based on salesforce reports, new account and collection account emails.
  • Process credit applications and prepare all required documentation (i.e. credit reports, release order reports, statements, DSO’s, external trade ref’s, etc.) needed to decide extended terms and/or credit line increase as directed by management.
  • Manage employee accounts by coordinating the appropriate payment, reconciliation, and follow up as required.
  • Should have strong attention to detail and organization skills with above average Microsoft Office aptitude.
  • Should have above average attendance.
