Cargas is hiring a Account Executive to strengthen relationships and uncover new opportunities within our existing customer base. In this role, you’ll help customers expand their use of our solutions. You’ll blend thoughtful account management with proactive sales execution, collaborating across teams to ensure smooth transitions and a consistently strong customer experience.

Note: Internally, this role is titled Sales Consultant; however, it encompasses responsibilities typically associated with an Account Executive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Turn qualified leads from the Customer Experience team into closed sales, including software, services, and add-on solutions.
  • Serve as the main sales contact for assigned accounts, using solution selling to align customer goals with the right products.
  • Lead strategic conversations with C-level and executive stakeholders to position Cargas as a long-term partner.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in our Enterprise Solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless handoffs and a consistent customer experience.
  • Support Premier accounts by engaging executives, managing renewals and subscriptions, and driving adoption and expansion through success plans.
  • Write and negotiate contracts, proposals, and pricing that meet sales goals while protecting customer and company value.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data in HubSpot, including forecasting, reporting, and activity tracking.
  • Stay up to date on Cargas’ ERP solutions, industry trends, and competitor offerings to position our solutions effectively.

Your Background

  • 3+ years of B2B software sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.

Experience We Value
