Job Description
The role involves overseeing hotel construction projects primarily across Ohio. This position requires efficient planning and scheduling to ensure timely delivery of materials and coordination with plumbers as per job requirements.
Responsibilities
- Order materials and schedule their on-time delivery based on project timelines.
- Schedule plumbers according to job needs.
- Manage quality and deadlines for ongoing projects.
- Complete timesheets and cost assessments.
- Work hands-on as a plumber 10-15% of the time.
- Travel to various project sites ranging from Huron to Indiana and Fremont, OH to KY, to Chillicothe, OH.
- Overnight stays with per diem and hotel accommodations.
Essential Skills
- 2+ years of experience as a Plumbing Superintendent on commercial projects.
- Ability to manage 2+ projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in layout and swinging tools 10-15% of the time.
- Willingness to travel around Ohio for job sites.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Plumbing Superintendent.
- Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Ability to travel as required by the job.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $53.00/hr.
