Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and requests

- Process orders, refunds, and exchanges efficiently and accurately
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or management

Qualifications
- 1-22 years of work experience in customer service or a related field
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Patient and empathetic demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
