Job DescriptionLHH is currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant for one of our property management clients. This is a fully onsite, direct-hire opportunity.
We're seeking a highly organized, upbeat Administrative Assistant who keeps the office running smoothly and creates a warm, welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and tenants. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and being the go-to person for day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the front-desk lead: greet visitors, answer calls, and support daily office operations
• Maintain office supplies, equipment, files, and shared spaces; coordinate directly with vendors for repairs, orders, and service agreements
• Organize mail, packages, meeting notes, annual reports, and office documentation
• Support onboarding for new hires and help coordinate office events
• Manage tenant communication, including certificates of insurance, welcome letters, rent increase notices, and requested forms
• Handle utility and trash service coordination, track service issues, and ensure vacant spaces remain functional
• Assist the President and CEO with occasional personal tasks, including travel arrangements

• A proactive and resourceful self-starter who enjoys solving problems
• Someone organized, detail-oriented, and committed to creating a positive office atmosphere
• Strong communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities with follow-through
• Experience in administrative, office, or property management settings is a plus

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per year
