Location: Upper Darby, PA

Are you someone who finds satisfaction in helping children learn, solve conflicts, and feel valued? We’re looking for a dependable Child Care Professional to join our small, hardworking team in Upper Darby.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Supervise and engage children through play, reading, meals, and outdoor activities

• Support children’s routines—from handwashing to winding down for naps

• Communicate honestly and openly with parents about each child’s day

• Uphold safety, follow health protocols, and help keep our space clean

• Cooperate with other staff so everyone can do their best

• Past experience with children at home, in school, or through volunteer work

• Patience during challenging moments and flexibility when plans change

• Showing up reliably, ready to do your part—big or small

• Commitment to learning (we’ll train on safety, first aid, mandated reporting, and our curriculum)

• Steady weekday schedule (with occasional flexibility for school breaks or events)

• Hourly pay based on experience and training, paid sick time, and opportunities for additional training
