Maintenance Inventory Clerk
We are looking for a Maintenance Inventory Clerk to be the key link between our maintenance team and the supplies that keep our operations moving. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring our technicians always have the right tools, parts, and equipment when they need them.

What You’ll Do

Keep Us Stocked & Organized: Monitor inventory levels, track usage, and keep the storage area clean and organized so the team can find what they need quickly.

Own the Receiving Process: Verify incoming shipments, check against purchase orders, and ensure parts and supplies are properly stored.

Maintain Accurate Records: Update our inventory management system, prepare reports, and keep everything up-to-date and audit-ready.

Stay Ahead of Shortages: Conduct cycle counts and audits to ensure accuracy and alert the team of any shortages or discrepancies.

Support the Maintenance Team: Partner with technicians to ensure they have the right materials for repairs and projects.

Work with Vendors: Build positive relationships with suppliers and help streamline the purchasing process.

Assist with Admin & Preventive Maintenance: Support maintenance planning with work orders, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
