The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing field service technicians to ensure timely and efficient service to our clients. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the operational effectiveness of our service delivery, acting as a crucial link between our clients and service teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently schedule and dispatch field service technicians to various client locations based on priority and proximity.
- Monitor real-time job status and ensure timely updates and completion of service requests.
- Communicate with clients to provide updates, confirm appointments, and manage expectations regarding service timelines.
- Maintain detailed records of service requests, actions taken, and resolutions provided, documenting all interactions in the company system.
- Collaborate with service managers to address any issues or delays in service delivery.
- Continuously analyze routes and workloads to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Assist with troubleshooting client inquiries or complaints and escalate as necessary.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in a dispatch or customer service role is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to adapt and manage competing priorities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency with dispatch software systems and standard office applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certification is a plus.
