About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Poolwerx Midland as a Pool Cleaner Helper! This exciting position offers the opportunity to work outdoors while ensuring our clients' pools are sparkling clean and inviting.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in cleaning and maintaining residential and commercial pools.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as skimming, brushing and vacuuming pool.
- Help with water testing and chemical balancing to ensure safety and clarity.
- Learn to operate pumps, valves and filters.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding services and pool care.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in pool cleaning or maintenance not required.
- Willingness to learn how to clean pools alone.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to get to shop in the morning.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
