Responsibilities

• Develop personalized dietary plans for clients based on their health needs.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

• Conduct nutritional assessments to evaluate clients' dietary habits.

• Monitor client progress and adjust dietary plans as needed.

• Set and achieve personal performance targets in client care.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize client care.

• Educate clients on nutrition and healthy eating practices.

• Utilize data to assess the effectiveness of dietary interventions.

• Provide support and motivation to clients throughout their dietary journey.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.

• Engage in team meetings to discuss client outcomes and strategies.

• Stay updated on the latest nutrition research and trends.
