Headquartered in London and part of the Stagwell Media Group, Ink also operates offices in Miami, Singapore, and Malaysia. In the U.S., we sell premium advertising and branded content across TV, print, digital, inflight Wi-Fi sponsorships, and live inflight sports—reaching audiences when they’re most engaged and ready to spend.


Role Description

INK IS OPENING A NEW OFFICE IN TAMPA.

Currently based in Miami, we’re launching our Tampa office in April, relocating existing team members—but most importantly, we’re looking to hire the very best sales talent Tampa has to offer.


You’ll initially work from a private office in a downtown co-working space, with plans to open a purpose-built office campus by the end of 2026—designed to be the coolest workspace in the city.


We’re looking for driven, ambitious, confident people ready to help launch this new office and grow with us. This is a fast-paced, high-energy, results-oriented sales environment that heavily rewards success and provides access to world-class training, coaching, and unforgettable experiences.


And yes—commission and benefits matter. But our real goal is to create memories. Our salespeople travel the world, visit extraordinary places, and experience things most people only dream about.


Requirements

  1. No sales experience required. We will train you, coach you, and support you relentlessly until you succeed.
  2. Drive is essential. That inner fire to grow, learn, and win matters more than anything else.
  3. Previous experience is a bonus—but we’re always learning too.
  4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, bring energy to the room, and confidently hold conversations up to C-suite level.
  5. Curiosity is critical. You’ll learn a huge amount—and you must want to learn more, apply it, and turn it into opportunity. Prospecting and lead generation are core parts of the role.
  6. This is not a keyboard-only job. Emails matter—but so do phone calls, meetings, events, conferences, and getting in front of the right people in the right places.
