Position Summary:
We are looking for a driven and personable Inside Sales Representative to join our team at our Woodridge, IL location. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the general manager through with day-to-day operations, generating new business through cold calls, managing ongoing relationships, and closing sales. Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective B2B customers
  
  
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and past client contacts to develop sales opportunities
  
  
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients through consistent communication and service
  
  
• Understand client needs and provide tailored product recommendations and solutions
  
  
• Track and manage sales activity and pipeline using CRM tools
  
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and client satisfaction
  
  
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics
  
  

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of inside sales experience
  
  
• Excellent phone and interpersonal communication skills
  
  
• Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic and drive to succeed
  
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and within a team
  
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
