Farmers Insurance the A. Martinez Insurance Agency in West Houston Texas is hiring Insurance Sales Representatives to join our growing agency.

Base salary based on experience, base salary, commissions, and bonuses,
Qualifications for the Insurance Sales Representative:
Must speak Spanish
Sales experience or client-facing background a plus
Insurance experience is preferred, but not required
Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior
Must possess a genuine willingness to learn, intuitive, resourceful, and coachable
Excellent communication skills; written, verbal and listening skills
Must be confident, motivated, and determined
Responsibility for Insurance Representative:
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
Communication with our hot leads
Establish client relationships and follow up with clients as needed.
Understand prospects needs and identify sales opportunities
Creating and maintaining a database of current and future clients
Explain and demonstrate the benefits of our services
Staying up to date with competing products and services
Ability and desire to achieve goals
