Job DescriptionPremise Operation Exodus USA exists as a response to the very specific calling of God to facilitate the immigration of Jewish people to Israel now and in times of distress. Profile The Bookkeeper’s focus will be to maintain records of financial transactions by establishing accounts; posting transactions. The Bookkeeper will report to the Finance Manager. Requirements · At least three years of experience successfully leading a similar function· Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting (Related work experience will be considered.)· Strong team player· Comprehensive knowledge and skill in the use of QuickBooks· Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint· Ability to write routine reports and correspondence· Ability to speak effectively before groups of people· Ability to work with mathematical concepts· Excellent typing skills· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment at times· Salary negotiable based on experience Key Responsibilities · Accounts Receivables: Responsible for Entering Donations into Breeze daily. Prepare deposit· Accounts Payables and Positive Pay· Reconcile QuickBooks to Breeze· Prepare Breeze Financial Reports (filters) as needed for audits, statistics, wire transfers, and tracking· Allocation of billing within QuickBooks· Monitor recurring donors · Responsible for creation, printing, marking and mailing of Thank-you letters monthly· Daily and monthly housekeeping Direct Reports · Outside Vendors
