What You’ll Do:

As the Provider Network Manager, you’ll take the reins in growing and optimizing the provider network in Miami-Dade County. Your leadership will be key to expanding our partnerships, ensuring provider success, and delivering top-tier care to patients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • 🌱 Network Growth: Spearhead the expansion of the provider network by identifying, negotiating, and onboarding new healthcare providers.
  • 📊 Performance Optimization: Monitor and enhance provider performance across multiple metrics—quality, access, compliance, and business growth. You’ll proactively identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies.
  • 🔍 Market Leadership: Become a market expert by keeping your finger on the pulse of regional healthcare trends, local competition, and payer dynamics.
  • 💡 Problem-Solving: Tackle operational challenges head-on, identifying risks and creating actionable solutions to improve performance and outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for a self-starter who is passionate about driving results and improving the healthcare experience. Here’s what you need to succeed:

  • 🔑 Experience: 3+ years in provider network management, healthcare contracting, or practice management. Familiarity with Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, and Exchange programs is essential.
  • 📚 Education: A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
  • 💬 Bilingual? Preferred! Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly desirable to meet the needs of the Miami-Dade community.
  • 📈 Skills: Strong negotiation skills, a data-driven approach to problem-solving, and a deep understanding of healthcare regulations, payer structures, and network adequacy.
