<li> Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include; </li>
<li> Medication Administration, including IVs. </li>
<li> Taking and recording vital signs. </li>
<li> Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome. </li>
<li> Provide resident and family education. </li>
<li> Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals. </li>
<li> Supervising CNAs </li>
</ul>
 Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

<li> Current License-LPN </li>
</ul>
