What you'll do
• Prepare site development construction drawings for mission critical and data center projects
• Design water, sewer, storm drainage, and complex underground utility infrastructure systems
• Develop engineering design considerations and supporting calculations for site development projects
• Prepare reports, specifications, permit applications, and supporting documentation
• Model and design infrastructure using AutoCAD Civil 3D, including surface creation and utility layouts
• Analyze site data, existing conditions, and entitlements to support client site selection efforts
• Participate in client meetings and multidisciplinary coordination, providing technical input and guidance
• Review work prepared by other team members for quality and consistency
• Manage tasks to meet scope, schedule, and quality goals in a fast-paced project environment
What you bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or ability to obtain within 6 months (PE path preferred)
• 3+ years of experience designing land development projects using Civil 3D
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D software applications
• Experience with surface modeling and underground utility design preferred
• Interest or experience in plan and profile design of water/sewer systems; duct bank design experience a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to engage in client interactions
• Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and appropriately prioritize workflow
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills and ability to perform in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Schedule:
On-site: Monday–Thursday 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.; Friday 7:30 a.m.–11:30 a.m.
