* $5,000 bonus is offered!
Director of Rehab / Rehab Director - Fulltime 30+ Hrs/Week
• Skilled Nursing in McLeansville NC!
• Full time position - Open to a PT, PTA, OT, COTA and SLP therapists with Prior Management with PDPM experience Preferred
• Quarterly Bonus included
We currently are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated therapist to serve as Rehab Director for our high-volume skilled nursing facility in McLeansville NC. As an RD you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and providing direct clinical care. The primary purpose of the position will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and providing direct clinical care. Broad River Rehab is a NC based growing therapy company which partners with providers across all settings including assisted/ independent and skilled nursing facilities to provide premier physical, occupational and speech therapy services.

Requirements for the Rehab Director:
Licensed therapist: PT; PTA; OT; COTA or SLP-CCC
North Carolina license required.
Previous management experience preferred with PDPM background.
