We are on the lookout for a passionate Family Medicine Residency Program Director to join our organization in Berkley, California. As a Federally Qualified Health Center serving Northern California for over 45 years, we are committed to providing care to more than 66,000 patients in the socio-economically challenged areas of the East Bay. Our services encompass medical, dental, behavioral health, and school-based care across more than 15 primary care locations in Oakland, Berkeley, and West Contra Costa County.

The Opportunity

• The Program Director will oversee and manage the Family Medicine Residency Program, focusing on administration, teaching, clinical care, and scholarly activities.
• The ideal candidate should possess clinical experience in family medicine, along with proven leadership skills (Core Faculty experience is preferred), and a commitment to fostering collaborative teams while serving underserved communities.
