Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are seeking two dedicated, full-time Speech-Language Pathologists to contribute their skills for the 2026-2027 school year. This contract position offers the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of young learners, working exclusively with one supportive building team, so you can focus on meaningful relationships and continuous growth.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Arizona SLP license (or eligibility)
  • Open to SLPs with CCC or those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Experience or interest in a school-based setting, especially with elementary-aged students
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy to an elementary caseload of 59 students
  • Develop individualized education plans and tailored interventions
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student success
  • Conduct assessments, maintain accurate documentation, and monitor progress
  • Contribute to an inclusive, engaging, and supportive learning environment
