Benefits and Compensation

  • Pay range for this position: $65,000–$150,000

  • Exact compensation may vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience and education
  • Available benefits include medical insurance, with HSA options that include employer contribution to your HSA, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Life Insurance

  • Paid maternity leave

  • PTO after 90 days of employment

  • Vacation up to three weeks depending upon years of service

  • 401(k) retirement account with annual lucrative employer match

  • Additional supplemental products available

What You'll Do

  • Learn our consultative, customer-first approach to sales

  • Help guests explore vehicle options by listening, understanding their needs and guiding them with care

  • Coordinate test drives, vehicle presentations and follow-ups with integrity

  • Deliver exceptional service before and after the sale

  • Work closely with a leadership team that’s hands-on and invested in your success

  • Professional in both appearance and mindset

  • No automotive experience required just a desire to provide excellent service

  • Backgrounds in education, hospitality, healthcare, retail, or customer service often translate very well
