Our client, a leader in customer experience technology and services company, is hiring for Inbound sales reps to do consultative sales for small business clients, presenting tax preparation solutions that save customers time and money while resolving their issues.
Type of Hire: Direct Hire
Start day: 10/9 and 10/23
Pay Rate: $22.50/hour + commission ($500 a month )
Annual pay: $52k annually average (Top performers can earn $59k )
Location: Onsite Tempe, AZ 85281 (hybrid after training)
Training : 5weeks onsite Tempe, AZ 85281 - Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm
Post Training Schedule:
- Shifts will be 8-hour shift between 7am and 7pm (MST). most likely start in the 10am-7pm shift.
- NO TIME OFF during training or around Thanksgiving/Black Friday as that is their busy time. They will have Thanksgiving Day and the day after Thanksgiving off.
Technology: Laptop or chrome book, headset and ethernet cord
Candidate Provides: Hardwired internet, quiet place to work
Job Description:
- To convert chats to phone calls and encourage customers to upgrade services in a way that benefits the customer. Will be 50% chat, 50% phone calls.
- Take 40-50 inbound sales calls daily.
- Utilize sales methodology to consult prospects and customers on Intuit solutions
- Convert shoppers into buyers by scheduling in person tax preparation solutions or cloud based self-service products
- Recognize customer needs, apply business acumen and sales expertise to address challenges, and explain solutions while seeking growth opportunities and making informed decisions.
Job Requirements:
- 6 months or more of sales experience (must have been a metrics/quota driven sales role).
- Strong sales delivery who can think outside the box to close the sale and is metrics-driven
- Accounting or tax software experience preferred, SAAS sales experience a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Tech-saavy and Typing skills - 35 WPM Minimum
