Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Must be a licensed nurse (LPN or RN) in good standing.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Completion of secondary education or equivalent.
- Ability to read and write in a legible and understandable manner.
- Proficiency in English.
- Previous supervisory experience or completion of a supervisory training program.
- Current CPR certification.
- A positive attitude towards the elderly.
Education and Experience
We are looking for candidates who have:
- A valid LPN or RN license.
- Previous experience in a supervisory capacity.
- Knowledge of nursing practices and regulations governing long-term care.
- Current CPR certification.
