<p>Job DescriptionA Commercial/Industrial Contractor is seeking a highly motivated jobsite Team Leader Carpenter to work alongside our crew to ensure job is completed in a professional, neat and timely manner to meet scope of work timelines all while delegating tasks to crew members.<br><br>·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills.·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;The ideal candidate should have a valid driver’s license.·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;The role requires a team leader and team builder.·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;The individual has the ability to work alone or alongside a crew·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Looking for a seasoned individual with 3-5 years proven commercial/industrial experience.·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;The ideal candidate will be able to read blueprints, specialize in structural commercial/industrial projects and site&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; plans.·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;The individual in this role is responsible for working with and managing crews, coordinating materials and equipment&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; and possessing knowledge of job-site conditions and safety.·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;The ideal candidate should demonstrate problem solving skills.·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Individual should own basic hand tools·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;OSHA training, a plus</p>
