Job DescriptionAppleOne has partnered with a construction company in Corona to assist with hiring a Payroll and Accounting Assistant.
Pay rate: $27-$32 DOE
Hours: Flexible 7am - 3, 8am - 4, 9am -5
Support Accounting Mgr by preparing reports and acting as back up for payroll and AP processing. Support HR in completing documentation.
Proficiency in Excel and Sage 100 is highly desirable. Ideal candidates are organized, personable, enjoy doing a variety of work and team-oriented.
Skills
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to organize work, prioritize tasks and work to deadlines.
Aptitude for numbers
Experience
3+ years of accounting experience.
Sage Contractor 100 experience required.
Good practical experience with spreadsheets.
Construction accounting background a plus.
