What You’ll Do
- Provide clinical oversight and support for nursing services across multiple residential program sites.
- Supervise and coach a team of RNs and LPNs.
- Ensure compliance with DHS, ICF/IID, HIPAA, and Homeward Bound standards.
- Collaborate with the Director and Assistant Director of Nursing on quality assurance and strategic nursing initiatives.
- Oversee health records, assessments, treatment plans, and staff training to support excellent nursing care.
- Participate in admissions, care transitions, and interdisciplinary team meetings.
- Rotate as On-Call RN and respond to medical emergencies.
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Minnesota (required).
- 3+ years of nursing experience, preferably with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- 2+ years in a nursing leadership or supervisory role.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Valid Minnesota Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Strong clinical judgement, communication skills, and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Able to travel locally and respond to emergencies across sites.
