Shift: AM M-F
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Pay Options:
- Local: $55/hr.
Travel with Housing: $42/hr.
Travel: $20/hr. / taxed + $1480/wk. tax free travel stipend (20/37)
** Must be 50 miles away from permanent residence to qualify for housing allowance**
Position Overview
The RN provides skilled nursing care to patients in home and hospice settings, including assessments, care planning, symptom management, patient/family education, coordination with the interdisciplinary team, and timely clinical documentation. This role focuses on promoting comfort, quality of life, and safe, patient-centered care in the home and community.

Resume Guidelines (Required)
- Valid OR RN (WA RN is a bonus).
- Current BLS/CPR
- 2 current supervisor references
- Skills checklist
- Up-to-date resume (see resume guidelines below) / Must have minimum 1 year Hospice travel experience
- Resume must be current and include all employment gaps explained
- Must include at least 7 years work history (or full work history if less)
- Each role must include title, unit/department, facility name, city/state, dates
- Include FT/PT status and hours worked
- Include EMR/EPIC experience
- Include month/year of graduation
- If certifications are listed, provide copies upon request
