Location: Orlando, FL
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
Salary: $25 - $30 per hour

About the Role – Event Coordinator:
As an Event Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of organizing and executing outstanding events that reflect the vision of our clients and the creative standards of Style Netbox. You’ll coordinate all aspects of planning, from logistics to vendor management, and ensure that each event runs smoothly and memorably.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and execute events from concept to completion.

Communicate with clients to understand event objectives and ensure all needs are met.

Source and manage relationships with vendors, venues, and suppliers.

Oversee event set-up, execution, and breakdown.

Manage timelines, budgets, and event schedules.

Solve problems on-site and ensure a seamless guest experience.

Evaluate event success and prepare post-event reports.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

1+ year of experience in event planning or coordination is a plus (entry-level applicants with internship experience welcome).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Proficiency with event planning tools and software is an advantage.
