We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of a local company business.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet customers, visitors, and vendors with a warm, professional attitude
• Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and route calls to the appropriate team members
• Assist customers with service inquiries, basic troubleshooting questions, and appointment updates
• Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure a clean, welcoming lobby
• Enter customer information, service requests, and updates into company systems
• Support office staff with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
• Handle incoming mail, packages, and deliveries
• Provide general support to management and office operations as needed
Qualifications
• Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred (HVAC or trades industry a plus)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast‐paced environment
• Comfortable using phones, scheduling software, and basic office technology
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
