Provide specialized support to students in a dynamic school setting in Roseville, California, as a skilled Paraprofessional or Behavioral Health Assistant. This per diem opportunity offers a flexible schedule, allowing professionals to tailor their work hours while making a meaningful impact on children from kindergarten through 12th grade in a one-on-one caseload environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized behavioral and educational support based on student needs.
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement IEPs and behavior intervention plans.
- Monitor and document student progress ensuring effective treatment and learning strategies are applied.
- Utilize Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques as an ABA Therapist or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive school atmosphere for students.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification with BACB credential is required.
- Experience in paraprofessional roles or as a Behavioral Health Assistant in a school setting.
- Familiarity with state Individualized Education Program (IEP) processes preferred.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged but not required.
- Strong communication, patience, and dedication to student development.
